My main panel is 55 watt mounted on the stern arch. just the right size. Batteries are two bank of two six volt each at 225 AmpH for a total of 450. In addition I have four five amp panels that can be mounted where needed and plugged in. The primary purpose was for the electric dinghy OB but they can also feed into the main banks along with the 55 panel and a wind generator. Using the small white railmount fixtures the four little guys are easy to keep in sunlight as the boat or sun moves. When not needed they are easily unplugged and stowed.

I had/am having the work down at Port Townsend Marine Electric in Washington. Phil has taken many of my rough ideas and worked them into something truly useful. That's an unabashed but well earned plug.
