All it means is that a bunch of numbers add up to 30 something
In Response To: CE Certificate A(Ocean) is stated on the Hanse ()

Pretty much any sailboat with a waterline length longer than 30 feet that meets certain European Union standards for outfit gets a Cat A certificate. It's no guarantee that the ocean won't eat it up.
