Sorry about not reformatting, I'm on a tiny little netbook in a coffee shop.

Good Morning all,

We are sitting at anchor in the crystal clear waters of Bonaire enjoying some quiet times on the boat. Waiting for parts ( what's new there) and getting ready to make our way back toward the Virgins. It looks like our plan to go straight from here to St. Martin will have to change. The next few weeks the weather Gurus are all calling for light winds coming from the north east which of course is the direction we would like to travel. So flexible as always ( ha, ha) our next plan will be to meander back thru the out islands of Venezuela and leave from Los Roques or Blanquiila. And go to?? St. Martin or Nevis?? Who knows, all our plans are made in sand.. God and weather willing we will be back in St. Thomas for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time getting here from Medregal Village in Venezuela.. Britt has finally become a fisherman. He has been successful using a hand line ( so much for new technology!!) . We have eaten well, mostly the local "Bonita" which is a dark meat tuna, with a few snappers and jacks thrown into the bag. I have become an expert fish cleaner ( Jacks seem to have another whole layer of bones and require some care.) Fresh tuna fish salad is a treat. Bonaire is lovely as always, the snorkeling and diving the best in the Caribbean. It took me a while to get back used to diving, my first dive was spent mostly trying to remember how to dive. Now I am more comfortable and look forward to another dive or two before we leave. Britt, as always; has projects. His latest venture is to build a classic sea chest. He is spending hours learning how to do the intricate rope work for the handles of the chest. By the time it is done he will have hundreds of hours of work in the handles alone. They will be beautiful. Our plan this year is to spend less time in St. Thomas and more time exploring the Spanish Virgins and St. John and St. Croix. To our cruising friends, Let us know where you are if you are in the area and hopefully we can catch up. To our land locked friends we would be happy to see you for a week or so if you want to fly into the Virgins and spend some time on the boat. Hope all is well with everyone, Keeping the dream Alive, Teri and Britt
