for at least 6 years, no problems so far, I have not had a claim. I carry a 3% deductible, I've not had an issue with them. There are times I've asked them to work with me about dates for in/out of Florida, and they have been willing to change policy terms a bit no problem. Last year they dropped my premium by quite a bit, unannounced and unsolicited, and I was told the reason was due to a "credit scoring" system they implemented, and I got favorable credits.
