I can give you some troubleshooting tips once I know more about it.

Latex fix-a-flat solutions are okay [not great] if there is a small seam leak or a pinhole that you can identify, but not a great solution for porous fabric issues, valve issues or lots of seam leaks (usually due to an aged boat).

Don't do it.
