... replacing a few deck fittings, windlass foot switches and Deck Fills, these were bedding in Dolphinite 25 years ago, and of course the new fittings I have a 1/4" less in diameter. There is a ring of brownish, reddish, darkish, gummy residue in between the non-skid after I pulled the fittings on the buff non-skid. What's the best product & method to remove it > Maybe a stiff bristle brush, dry scrubbing ? 3M Adhesive Remover ???
