Here's something that's interesting. Back in 1985 I was looking at a Hans Christian Christina 43 at the main dealer in Long Beach. After boarding the boat 2 or 3 times and talking to the dealer very seriously about purchasing her, he offered me the boat with a sail away package including windless for $132,000.00. I really tried to purchase it but just couldn't make it happen. That boat today in good condition is worth more than $200,000.00.

It was a bad time for boat dealers and they wanted to unload it.
