Me thinks you made a good call. Just thinking about being out in that makes my bones ache. I do not do cold well. In fact I installed a new auto pilot because of it. It's temperature compensated and state of the art stuff. When the temperature hits 77 degrees it's sensor automatically makes it turn south. It's been working just fine.
