casseroles, Cheese and lots of ice cream... It is after all the dairy state and the whole culture still revolves in some way, around dairy products. Particularly at the many wedding, christening, confirmation, anniversary and other family feasts put on each year. Some of it is genetic. Even here on the shore, I have met a few people who even before they talked, I knew they were from Wisconsin. Not because they were overweight particularly, but because they had "the look." That mix of ethnic German, Polish, Norwegian and Swedish heritage that produces the "Wisconsin look."

A good example of "the look" is Heather Graham, who really is from Milwaukee.
