Problem with shoveling the deck, is that I should have done it on Christmas eve when we had the 10 inch snowstorm. Following that, we had really cold weather, mix in a little ice fog, and just for fun another 6 inches on snow. Although the picture of the snow on the deck looks nice and fluffy, it is pretty hard and would be difficult to shovel now. We are going into a warmer weather pattern for the next week or so - it will melt pretty fast.
