I don' t know how you do it. Always seem to get in just before the fecal material hits the fan! Hopefully you luck will still hold as you continue on!
I agree too that Pete is a real asset for sailor on this board and sailors in general. Hope his project on his BCC is coming along fine too. Don't know if he had his engine yet but maybe you guys could get a good price on buying two.
