a little as time permits. After an hour with a heat gun and scraper, I'm about ready to shoot myself so it's going slowly, one hour at a time. The old paint is peeling off the bulkheads so I'm stripping it off to re paint. This isn't hard to do in a normal place, but in a tiny closet, it's a different matter. It goes easily at first, at eye height, comfortably standing. Then pretty soon, you're in an unfamiliar yoga position, your knees above your ears, working in an area between your feet, by feel,..because you can't see it.
I think this is what makes boat work so challenging, at least when you're below in the engine room or tucked in a locker, or the head. As I like the way it was designed and it works quite well now 50 years later, I'm not changing much, mostly restoring what's there.
