Terminal #1 black wire AGND has three resistors on it. It appears to me (I cannot get a very close look at it) that one of them may be jumped to Terminal #3, but 2 of them are screwed in with one end of each resistor sticking out

Terminal #3 - appears to have at least two porcelain teardrop capacitors that are tied to the screw at terminal 3.
