... this is an older Raritan PHE-II (pre 1992), the E has been disconnected for some time. There are a number of new parts installed over the past couple years, and I just installed the complete re-build kit three weeks ago. Water is accumulating instead of decreasing when flushing. I have to use the DRY function to evacuate the bowl, sometimes this doesn't even get water to leave, it takes forever, but eventually it does all leave. I replaced the Joker and the Flapper with the rebuild, all worked great for 2 weeks, then started to fail. I'll start by taking it all apart and inspecting the Flapper and the Joker, perhaps the screws through the Flapper to secure the housing are too tight ? any suggestions what to look for ?
