The rain was just letting up as I walked the dogs down to the harbor at dusk less than an hour ago. 
It's been a grisly rainy day on the coast of Maine.
As clouds just started to break up, a rainbow was breaking through to the east over Penobscot Bay and joined overhead with the last subdued and setting rays of sunlight from the west.
Just out this afternoon, 2 years of restoration at Rockport Marine, behold, BOLERO.
