I just installed a new WiFi router at my home (with full WAP security... no problem) and the only sites that seem to be terribly slow (that I have checked so far) are this site and the Trailer Sailor site.

In the past, I had noticed a similar "slow response" problem and found that by updating the software on my router (I had two at the time) the "slow response" issue went away.

This is a brand new WiFi router, and at this computer, I am using a hard wired connection (the WiFi is to support the laptop), and now I see the same "slow response" issue all over again.

I can't help but wonder what the root cause of this problem is, and also wonder if others have also experienced this...

Just for the record, this is a type N Cisco Linksys router, I am using Win XP, and a ZT computer.

I am half tempted to go back to my old routers... and just string the WiFi router at the end of that line... then only the laptop would suffer... but still, I have to wonder, what is this strange issue with sailing internet bulletin boards?
