I am not sure how you go from the decimation of marine species by an oil spill to the increase in phytoplankton production except for the "full O' sh*t" part.

Once again I have to say I think it is pretty foolish to think we are going to come up with a miracle cure for what ails this planet. We don't exactly have a great track record.
