Does anyone use, and get data from, the NDBC Dial-A-Buoy system. (http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/dial.shtml)?

I enter the buoy number (46041 46014 46089) and press one to confirm when the system plays back the correct number. The system then says "conditions as of 3:50PM..." and I then hear dead air but still have a connection - after 60 seconds I still have a connection but then get a busy signal. If I enter an invalid buoy number the system tells me that. I have tried DART buoys, C-Man Buoys, and the normal Moored Buoys - always the same results.

This problem has occurred every time I have tried to access the system - does it really work?

What am I doing wrong?
