Yes it is. If it doesn't sell then we keep cruising.
In Response To: Tough time to sell a boat ()

At present the boat is in Guatemala. The cost to keep it in the Rio Dulce is about 350 dollars a month including washing and occasional varnishing of the brightwork. Pretty darn reasonable. If she doesn't sell we can enjoy cruising the Bay Islands as well as Belize for a couple of more years. It's good that we don't have to sell her. We just think it's time to move on.

Of course we can't purchase our next boat until we do but at that price we'll continue to be 'commute cruisers' for a while longer. John at Monkey Bay Marina is a good manager and is keeping a good eye on her while we're gone.
