I have decided that instead of trying to duplicate the factory circuit breakers (which seems to be an impossible task), once we are out for the season I will pull the panel and retrofit completely with a switch/breaker that is more readily available like a Blue Seas toggle. Unfortunately this will involve drilling mounting holes and enlarging the hole for the toggle. There are hot and ground bus bars in place I can tap into.
The second part of the plan is to add the small Blue Seas pilot lights to the DC panel to show that a circuit is on. The downside to these very clean looking push button switch/breakers is that it takes a very close look to figure out if one is on or not.
Speaking of out for the season, the club started hauling boats a week ago.
