I think you'll get your money's worth out of either one. We lived on our boat on the Hudson River this past Winter - bubblers keeping the ice away from our hull. We ran our 2007 Webasto 24x7 for 5 months without any problems. Prior seasons we had it in extensive use on Lake Champlain. The nicest thing about diesel heaters is that you can run them anytime - on the hard, surrounded by ice, etc.
