I was told by a distributor that Groco no longer makes these replacement parts. Mine were not bad, but what I did do is take them apart and chuck up the rubber part in a drill press and hold a sanding block to them to true them up and freshen the rubber. Since they are compressible this refit does not affect their sealing ability. I also keep mine well lubricated with a synthetic grease - dino grease will cause deterioration and swelling of the rubber. Mine are still working fine after thirty years - but I would love to find some new rubber cones somewhere.
These units are much more water tight than most others when properly maintained.
