Hi all!

We are trying to find someplace to regalvanize our 5/16 high test chain and 45# steel spade anchor ... preferably somewhere here in SW Florida.

It appears everyone in SW Florida either never puts their anchors & chain in the water or they're rich enough to replace them when they start to rust.

I checked new Spade & chain prices and to replace what we're trying to salvage will be somewhere just shy of $2,000. Yikes, surely someplace does this? I've already done a google search, spoken to a couple shipyards in Tampa that do it, but they say our little chain and anchor would melt into a blob.

I called two yards locally to see if they either do it or know where to get it done and nada.

Any ideas? Help!!!
