My first choice is the Maptech Embassy Guide

I like the way it includes mini-charts and aerial photos that put the approaches and facilities in clear geographic perspective, and that it has a table for each harbor to summarize what amenities are available at each facility, so you can compare them. http://www.landfallnavigation.com/embassyguide.html

If you just have a web browser with broadband cellular coverage you can get more objective and up-to-date info (written by cruisers) on each place for free using http://www.activecaptain.com . As a bonus, if you use Coastal Explorer, MaxSea, or certain other navigation software you can now download the entire Activecaptain database to display the info locally on your PC, integrated (free) as an information layer within those programs. I'm starting to use that more and more.
