Heck, anyone here use a tiller?

I am about to install this thing and I just wondered if there were any caveats... you know, "don't install it unless..."

I want to install it on the underside of the tiller, but it seems to me that under any sort of load, the tiller will just fold upward (to it's stowed position) and the tiller tamer won't be doing a thing.
