I saw this Bruce Kirby design (Laser fame) at the docks and for sale a while back and posted it. Having looked it over, it's essentially a new 36'er designed for a easy sailing, a good turn of speed, with the Bahamas in mind. It's a niche boat and was designed and built for a client. It has very little use. Mostly, it was just fitted out for the new buyer.

Once the price dropped to 99k, it went under contract. I don't know what it sold for, but little is selling for asking price. I wonder what the builder would charge you to do another?
