She was sick here similarily twice, once was amoebaisis or lo que sea. The amoebas required more serious efforts for defeat. However, I will refrain from "danger" as best I can. I got away with it in Panajachel but not in "the big city" of Antigua. After a dozen hours of sleep last night I'm not as good as new but as good as I'm likely to get.
The maid is coming this morning, the garbage is on the street. We'll be heading off to the Bodegona to shop, get some more shuttle tickets to Monterrico and from there...somehow...to the beach where by daughter lives in a sand floor block house with a thatched roof. My head is swimming with spanish phrases and words I know and wish I knew. I think my spanish is worse right now than when I arrived.
