I was able to squeeze it into the unused space under the stove which is near the engine. It puts out plenty of heat to warm up and dry out our Alberg 35. Just the thing for those raw, drizzly days in the early spring or late fall. I added a three way ball valve which allows me to isolate the heater from the rest of the cooling system. At one time I believed the heater was contributing to an over heating issue that the engine was having but that wasn't the case. I don't believe I'd bother if I were doing it again but it's an option.
