Pic of daysailer bought last weekend for the upcoming (?) summer.

Mebbe take in on some sailing events, too. 18'5' long, about 6' 8" beam, 16" draft with board up. Malibu 18 on the title, BIN looks like it may have been made by Orion Boats in the mid '70s in Virginia. Other than that it's a mystery. There's a photo of one like it in the "Mystery Boats" in Small Craft Advisor, #67. Seems others cannot find any info on it either.

The couple I bought it from are well experienced sailors and liked it a lot but fell prey to a cheap ComPac23 which they went clear to Florida to buy and trail back to the NW.

I fear for summer due to weeks and weeks and weeks and more weeks of rain, rain, rain, rain we've been having. Halfway thru March and we're already past the typical for the month. Had a storm alert yesterday for high winds, possible tornado, large hail but only saw winds of 35 here, TONS of rain still going on. My boat tarp temp cover is still holding though I talked my wife into helping me put the "emergency" tarp onto the boat just in case.
