We've sailed a lot of the east coast over the years. It's all wonderful. But I think any area of coast has a personality. Some are pretty ridgid in a straight line sort of way.
Some on the other hand, are more complex and involved. Not too many straight lines. Such is the Penobscot Bay area on the coast of Maine. There's a lot of sailing to be had in this area, from open ocean sailing to winding thoroughfares like this one.
