I've been buying my charts (US, E Canada) from Cruising Services ( www.cruisingservices.net ) at quite reasonable prices. To date, I have the full US plus E Canada. See if they have what you want. I think you'll like their prices. So far, I haven't found any grossly out-of-date charts.
