I don't envy you...

Hi Chris,

I've never had the pleasure myself, but always dreaded the possibility of having to do so on a Trintella I used to deliver. Not only was access a nightmare to begin with - the engine sunk well below the level of the cabin sole, gotta keep that weight as low as possible, of course - but getting at the impeller would have involved the removal of the engine mount on the left front corner of the engine!!!

I ran a sistership last November from Maine down to Annapolis, it was a motor job the entire way as there was no mainsail aboard, I had my fingers crossed the whole way... Perhaps the WORST bit of engineering I've ever seen on a cruising boat, ufb...
