Inexpensive center focus 7X50 binoculars I've actually tried out..and bought.

I bought a pair of these at a new Cabelas we visited near us. Glad I bought them "on sale" at $110. I always say Cabelas ain't cheap. But, I wouldn't buy binocs without trying them out, looking high and low and light and dark, as I could, with them. So I found these to be light enough for my old bones to look thru for awhile, clear viewing, easy to focus, etc.

I've tried out several makers from cheap to Swarovskies in binocs and these seem a good binocular for the money. The Redfield is ownen by Leupold and Stevens who warranty them. They're in my neighborhood...35 miles or so...and have been there a long time. I was told the binocs are parted from around the world, say Phillipines, on them but some assembly here in the states. It's all I know. So far, looking into the deep woods on a gray, rainy day yesterday, they gave a bright, clear image.

Best I can say. How they will hold up to rough boat use, I cannot say. They seem solid.
