After replacing all the outlets with GFCI and verifying all the wiring with a meter and visually, and rewiring the circuit for the battery charger (wrong colors used) I have used a polarity checker and verified that all the circuits were good.

Battery charger works and is trickle charging and maintaining the batteries. (verified with on board meters)

Next, need to verify the galvanic isolator is installed properly.
