San Diego has a condition this time of year we "affectionately" call May gray/June gloom... where the whole morning along the coast can be gray, overcast, and even drizzly... prompting visitors to make comments like "I never should have left Washington... " or "is it always like this" or "so, it's gonna rain, eh... " etc. etc.

Never fear, the sun usually peeks out around noon... or if you have to see ole sol, just drive to the east county where temps right now are topping 107 and the sky is clear and the sun is HOT HOT HOT!
