BTW thinking of dinghies, one thing that bugs me is the fact that the new dinghy outboards are all so heavy. There used to be a nice choice in the 30-58-pound range including several 2-stroke, 2-cylinder models that run much smoother than today's single-cylinder 4-stroke buzz bombs. The Tohatsu/Nissan 9.8 2-stroke was a sweet motor at 58 pounds. You can't buy a 9.8 anymore under 88 pounds. That's a major issue, IMHO, on a "portable" engine.
