Ahhh.. the zero'th rule of troubleshooting bites again!

() NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING!!!
I have been bitten so many times that I recite the zero'th rule before starting any troubleshooting/repair effort.
One time I spent hours tracing a dead circuit after putting in a new fuse. It was the fuse. Some clown (not me) stored blown ones in with the good. I assumed they were good.
Dave- impressive repair work nonetheless!
