you may have a line around it.

I have never owned a turbo. Friends with one said that if they did not run it fast enough to get the turbine spinning it cokes up and won't run - it was a big expense and aggravation issue for them.. Again, I am no expert on these but you should be able to hear the turbine spin up at some predictable RPM.
