Rey came up with,,, Didn't he have a life-vest on? Here he is in the middle of a rescue, falls in the water and almost drowns. What about his vest?
I can't comment on his decision as,,,,,,,,, but the question My Rey asked was good,, Why wasn't he wearing a life-vest?
