Progreso was a great place to clear in. Zero extra charges from officials. In fact, they came to the boat. Only charge they asked for was the tourist fee, paid at a local bank.

In Isla lots of extras from harbormaster etc. They weren't happy to find we were already cleared in so they couldn't get money from us.

Understand Belize is getting expensive with anchoring and head fees.
