I could tell from following his blog. He's pretty fearless too I could see, from how he approached the Ode to Joy restoration.

He also has heart, you can tell, again, in his writing. He's got real people around him that you can see, support him(blog again).

No doubt the Barnegat adventure was shocking(read, you go into shock...). I would imagine it still feels like an experience that hasn't yet settled. It's profound. I was moved by it.

The internet is a weird place sometimes. It was nice to see in here that people like you have real concern. But it also doesn't connect in the same way Joes close friends and family do.

I feel your concern as well oldguy, I think Joe will be ok. Maybe we'll hear more from him, you never know.
