anti-exposure suits

have pockets, though. They also are easier and quicker to put on - an important issue since you
might have to don a suit quickly. OTOH, they give you less time in the water or exposed before
the onset of hypothermia.

I thought about these questions last year and ended up buying a new MS Deluxe Worksuit (size medium)
on ebay (MS-195, if I recall correctly) for a little over $200. I had just recently got on ebay and did something
I regretted: within a month or so I saw a very similar new MS suit (but just one color - orange - instead of
2 and this time made out of fire-retardant Nomex) and I resented the fact that the bidding was low
since I had just paid considerably more for something comparable. So, I put in a bid for a little over
$100 ($105) and - to my shock - ended up winning it! So now I - a singlehander - have TWO anti-
exposure suits, one of which can serve double-duty if I get a job on the flight deck of an
aircraft carrier!!! LOL! It would also make a good onboard firefighting outfit - except for the fact
that if a fire breaks out you have to try and put it out QUICKLY and not waste time fussing around
putting on the worksuit. LOL! I know this was silly, but it did teach me a lesson about ebay. I may
eventually sell one off or keep it in case I want to have someone else aboard. This past season,
I put one in a bag and placed it next to the Abandon Ship bag.
