Customer Service in the marine biz is often notoriously bad. I'm always pleasantly surprised when it's good, and amazed when it's outstanding.
I had broken the wires to the actuator on one of my Filter Bosses. I called Andy, the owner of KTI Systems. He shipped me out a replacement without hesitation, along with a couple of check valves to address a possible issue there.
The way it happened was pretty amusing. It's all in the blog. But bottom line, KTI Systems is a class act. If you have fuel issues and are considering them, don't hesitate.
