Yes, we've been many many times from Charlotte Harbor - Boca Grande Pass - just north of Ft Myers to Marathon and back, via Little Shark and Indian Cay (Everglades City) and back. Our draft is 5 1/2 or maybe a bit more. Use your charts & the only problem you'll have it those darn crab pots - especially if you sail overnight like we do.

We'll be heading south that way after Thanksgiving sometime, not sure exactly when.
