LightSquared is still driving on and pushing hard. They are crying foul and the tests were rigged and have filled an ethics complaint against the people who did the testing. They are also claiming that "the commercial GPS industry has manufactured, and sold to unsuspecting consumers, unlicensed and poorly designed GPS receivers". It looks like a case of they have too many millions invested in it even if it does wipe out GPS. This has all the civility of a real mud slinging political campaign.
