When I first saw publicity for Jimmy Cornell's new Ocean Atlas, my first thought was "Why pay for pilot charts that I have already downloaded free form noaa?"

However, the web site below claims that the Atlas has newer data that differs from NOAA publications

Anybody have comments?
Is the Ocean Atlas data really different from NOAA?
Is the Ocean Atlas worth $90? and the space it will take on board?
