The Waterpump impeller (which is connected to the saltwater AND the crankshaft oil) would be a sweet solution for the sailor. ;^)))
I didn't realize you could have oil leeks there -- I've had water leaks from our generator with that pump on our Westerbeke. It tends ot leak BEFORE there bearing fails and the saltwater leaks into the engine. That's the WARNING TO rebuild the pump before yo compromise the oil.
