We carry collapsible jugs for water

and I also have two sun-shower bags. I use the bags as extra jugs when we're anchored out and need to fill the main water tank. Often we anchor or take a mooring where we don't have dock access.

I like the sun-shower bags but wish they'd make one with a better valve/hose. I lay it on deck with the handle end hoisted on the spin halyard, so it's partially suspended with the hose leading into the head hatch. Not a great spray but when we're anchored more than a day it's better than running the engine just to heat water. This winter I bought one of those Duckworks sprayers, and will try it this summer. If it's as good as they say, we'll use it and refill from the solar bags (or mixed with water heated on the stove).
