I just installed my first one (on a 10 mm wire)

It is easier to work with than Sta-lok or Norseman, mostly becasue the crown ring keeps the wire strands organised, and no need to bend them in.

The instructions show how to install, and recommend tightening the nut, then checking that all is well by unscrewing it and "tapping back" the body

I have "tapped" by clamping the wire in a woodblocks in a vise and hitting the body as hard as I can with a hammer and wood block, to no avail, except that the crown ring popped out

Any solutions?
