When we were there in '10 the story we heard was the the owner Victories Secret's mega yacht couldn't get into the mega yacht berths in the Dutch Side. So he paid to have the entrance and drawbridge widened so his mega yacht could get in! Now whenever his boat comes and goes they open the bridge for his yach. No wait time.

That's having just to damn much money IMHO!
